About TheStayGlobe

TheStayGlobe is a travel discovery and branded accommodation booking platform operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing the website, searching for accommodation or completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the rate-specific terms shown during checkout.

Hotel search and booking service

TheStayGlobe provides destination content, live hotel search and a branded reservation journey powered by Nuitee Connect. TheStayGlobe presents the booking experience under its brand, while Nuitee supplies the booking infrastructure and accommodation inventory. The selected hotel remains responsible for delivering the accommodation and on-property services.

Payment and merchant of record

Under the current white-label arrangement, Nuitee acts as merchant of record and processes guest payments, payment risk, booking logistics, refunds and chargebacks for hotel reservations completed through the Nuitee-powered checkout. Full payment-card details are entered in Nuitee’s secure payment environment and are not received or stored on TheStayGlobe’s servers. The applicable payment methods, currency and card-statement descriptor are shown during checkout.

Prices, taxes and availability

Hotel availability and prices are live and may change until a reservation is confirmed. The final checkout displays the applicable room price, taxes, fees, pay-at-property amounts and total price. Currency conversion or card-issuer charges may apply separately. A reservation is confirmed only when a booking reference or confirmation notice has been issued.

Rate conditions, changes and cancellations

Each room offer has its own occupancy limits, meal plan, payment timing, cancellation deadline, amendment conditions and no-show policy. Review these details before payment. Refunds, changes and cancellations are governed by the conditions accepted at checkout and may be limited or unavailable for non-refundable rates.

Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate guest, contact and payment information.
• Check names, dates, destination, room type, occupancy and rate conditions before confirming.
• Meet passport, visa, health, age, deposit and hotel check-in requirements.
• Contact the booking-support channel shown in the confirmation email promptly if assistance is required.
• Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, operation or availability.

Booking support

Nuitee provides post-booking customer support by default for reservations made through the current white-label service. The correct support details and booking reference are shown in the confirmation email and booking documentation. TheStayGlobe can assist with website or brand-level enquiries at partners@thestayglobe.com.

Travel content and accuracy

TheStayGlobe aims to keep destination and hotel-planning information useful and current. Editorial information is general guidance and may change. Always rely on the live room details, hotel policies and final booking conditions displayed during the reservation journey for a transaction.

Intellectual property

TheStayGlobe’s name, logo, original text, design and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to TheStayGlobe unless otherwise stated. Hotel names, supplier names and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TheStayGlobe is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, events outside reasonable control, or failures in accommodation and on-property services delivered by hotels. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nuitee’s and the hotel’s obligations remain subject to the booking conditions accepted at checkout.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the website, booking technology or these terms when reasonably necessary. The version in force when a reservation is completed will apply to that booking together with the accepted rate conditions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the traveller’s country.
